Took my Mazda CX9 into service due to a problem with the Auto Start App. Not only did they fix the problem at no cost, but provided a free wash and maintenance inspection. The mechanic shot a video of his inspection for us to view. Steve the Service associate/manager was very professional and courteous.

I was looking at the same car that day at 2 different dealerships and bought from Lakewood because of Sean. Tom, the GM, was also great. Very transparent and straightforward. Also no pressure.
