Ricky was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered our questions without doing a "hard" sales pitch and, once we purchased the vehicle, took the time to make sure we were fully comfortable, familiarizing us with the functionality. I normally dread the car-buying process, but Ricky and the team made this easy and painless. The facility itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Knowing my desired vehicle was in transit, he asked if I would appreciate a video car walk around and photos upon the GV70 arrival. As promised, later that week he sent me an great video as soon as the car rolled off the truck. We chatted that evening via text and an appointment for us to drive the car the next day. Buying a car can be a long boring process but Kyle has a contagious smile and fun personality which made it a lot more enjoyable!

He kept in contact with me through the entire repair process and was so reassuring. As a single mom with only one mode of transportation I was worried about not having my vehicle while it was being repaired and he even got me a loaner to take the stress off my shoulders. During the process of repair I was given a video from the service tech explaining everything they were doing and what they found which helped me clearly understand and gave me such peace of mind. The technician who worked on my car treated my vehicle with such care and the shop was so clean!
