5 out of 5 stars — hands down the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the second I stepped onto the lot, the team treated me like family instead of just another sales target. Huge shoutout to Angel, my salesman. I came in knowing what I wanted in my new Pathfinder, and he actually listened. He didn't try to steer me toward something I didn't want or push unnecessary add-ons just to make a higher sale. He focused entirely on finding the right fit for me, which is SO rare in the car world. When it was time for paperwork, David in Finance made the process painless. He was super polite, wildly funny, and managed to make sitting in a finance office genuinely enjoyable while keeping everything transparent and clear. Bought a 2019 Colorado 3 months ago did not have it a week tell everything started going wrong with it it has been in an out of shop 4 times an still not all fixed an kipp in mind I am paying for all gas for trips back an forth an I live about 2 hours from there an having to pay a 250 dollar deductible for warranty an a truck I just got that should have been inspected before sold it had AAA auto stickers all over it so they were getting ready to send it to auction our just got it from auction an did not do an inspection an just sold it to me an now I have been out tons of money an time an still have a truck my family is afraid to go off anywhere because every time we do something else happens I have ask them to do the right thing many times an do a buy back or straight trade for truck of equal value but they just want do it keep sending it to shop an all trips an time is on my dime

The service department really needs some looking into. We had a battery replaced under warranty about a year or so ago. Now the battery is worthless again. I go into service and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the battery( which had already been tested by our mechanic and said it was bad to take it back to Nissan) then turned around to tell me they would put a battery but they wouldn’t warranty a battery that had already been replaced. So this tells me they have crappy parts and won’t stand behind them. That’s ok this battery has cost them another sale as I won’t be buying from them again. Plus I will be sure to let everyone I know how they do business.

Dealership is shady, please watch your sales documents. My father recently passed away, and while managing his estate I noticed the truck he just bought from this dealership jacked up the price on the final sales document. I asked them about this, and they said it was for "add-ons" but there is none listed on the sales document. My father negotiated he would pay the asking price if they would give him a free bedliner. He used to do lifetime oil changes, but it costs too much now for most dealerships. Anyway, they agreed to the free bedliner, but then charged him an additional $3K on the asking price. Watch your sales documents when dealing with the Orr dealership.

They took their time and patience with us after we drove from Russellville near closing time. They looked at multiple options for my financial situation and credit history, and found the perfect and best way to go with purchasing my new Nissan. Sam and David are the best! A negative experience - Disgruntled customer

I've been a faithful and loyal customer for the last year. I only let them change my oil and service my car since the purchase. I love my car. At not point did the service department tell me my tires were at the point that my tire gaurd protection wouldn't cover the expense. Last oil change my tires were at a 5 and a month later they say they have nails and worn down to a 2. As professional Customer courtesy I should've been told my tires were no longer safe to drive and told me it would be 159.00 for a tire...I have never been so upset with someone I trusted to keep me on the road safely.
