Geoffrey Heeren was my salesperson that was a great help in the buying the car that I had been looking for. I drove from Baton Rouge LA, to buy a car unseen but Geoffrey was so helpful and he went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car. I would highly recommend Geoffrey and the Mercedes-Benz dealership. It was truly worth every mile.

We purchased a car from Mercedes Benz of Huntsville today. We have been in discussion with them for almost a week to find the right car. They found exactly what we wanted and got it delivered to Huntsville quickly. They performed all checks and inspections and we picked the car up today. From the first contact, we were impressed with the salesman, Sam, and his desire to meet our expectations. Since the car we wanted was not local, we talked with the General Manager, Brett Denver. To say he blew us away with his professionalism and courtesy is an understatement. He kept us continuously informed of every step and even checked in with us when he was out of town. When we arrived at the dealership, Sam did the initial paperwork and introduced us to Cindy, our service advisor manager. She answered all our questions and treated us like family. The finance manage, Weston, handled all the financial paperwork in an expeditious manner and carefully explained everything to us. I asked about the disability promotion Mercedes offered and he was quick to download the form and fill it out for us. It was truly amazing. We then met back our salesman, Sam, and he introduced us to the concierge, Amanda, who quickly and efficiently set up our account for the Mercedes app and connection to the car. She was very knowledgeable and answered our questions effectively. In summary, I have purchased many cars in my 60+ years of driving and this was by far and above the best experience. I have never had so many folks concerned about our happiness. To top if off, the diligence and professionalism of the General Manager, Brett, was outstanding. This is the very first time that the General Manager of a car dealership interacted with me. I absolutely recommend them for anyone interested in a caring, professional, and dedicated dealership.

Salesperson Clarence Hall is an asset to this dealership, cannot say enough about him. He showed us several different vehicles and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles. . As usual only came in to look and then bought a'25 GLE 350. Will definitely recommend Clarence Hall and this dealership. Clarence thank you for all your help, it was a pleasure working with you.

The service department is rude and does not fix problems - Tammy

The service department is rude and does not fix problems they create them and the management are unapologetic. Brock true colors don’t come out before you bring the car but after she is rude and after getting my car back their were more problems than before I only needed a battery which the change the price on three times and now I am getting all types of lights on my car and now they want another $4000 for something they broke. Tallahasse is great but Dothan service breaks more than they fix. I highly do not recommend Dothan AL service department. They takes your money and ruin your day with the don’t care attitude.
