1. On August 12, 2026 my E-350 received its 13th consecutive annual maintenance at Jack Ingram Mercedes in Montgomery, Alabama. Although I live in Columbus,Georgia, I am pleased to travel 180 miles round trip to receive the extraordinary service and care at Jack Ingram, where the exceptional service technicians do an outstanding job keeping my Mercedes running perfectly. 2. Of special note is the superb performance by my Service Advisor, Ben Norris. Ben can always be depended on to draw on his vast knowledge of automobiles and in particular vehicle maintenance and repair to provide unmatched service to the customer. Whenever the occasion arises, I am eager to recommend Ben to other Mercedes owners. Ben is a tremendous asset to Jack Ingram Mercedes. 3. Kim, the cashier, is always friendly, courteous, and professional. Her positive attitude is the perfect send off for the customer and completes a pleasant service visit at Jack Ingram Mercedes, 4. I drove from Baton Rouge LA, to buy a car unseen but Geoffrey was so helpful and he went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my car. As usual only came in to look and then bought a'25 GLE 350. Will definitely recommend Clarence Hall and this dealership. Clarence thank you for all your help, it was a pleasure working with you.

The service department is rude and does not fix problems - Tammy

The service department is rude and does not fix problems they create them and the management are unapologetic. Brock true colors don’t come out before you bring the car but after she is rude and after getting my car back their were more problems than before I only needed a battery which the change the price on three times and now I am getting all types of lights on my car and now they want another $4000 for something they broke. Tallahasse is great but Dothan service breaks more than they fix. I highly do not recommend Dothan AL service department. They takes your money and ruin your day with the don’t care attitude.
