When we first made contact with the dealership we talked with a person on the phone who fields calls. We expressed an interest in a vehicle online, and wanted to talk with an experience sales person who was honest and open minded. Immediately we were connected with Valarie Wallace. What I liked the most about Valarie was the fact that she took the time to listen to my husband who is a "real talker". She explained all the details about the BMW X5 that we saw online, and was so patient as we went through the down payment and financing process. Before we got on the road to drive 3 hours to the dealership, she made sure to secure the vehicle from other salespersons. When we arrived, she made us feel important, and didn't rush us through the process. She showed us all the features of the car, made sure it was well detailed and ready when we arrived at the dealership. We will definitely do business with Valarie and the BMW of Birmingham dealership again real soon; we have a graduating college student. (pray for us she wants a BMW too LOL).
