I saw a car online and called and spoke to mark greytak.The car had just come in from earier trade and was not ready for sale yet.Mark was super professional and kept me posted at least every other greytak.The car had just come in from earier trade and was not ready for sale yet.Mark was super professional and kept me posted at least every other day as to when it would be ready for test drive.I ended up trading my car in for this one:chevy equinox 2007. I have to say everyone from Mark right on thru to Craig and Bob Dixon,but they could not have been more professional, and courteous. I had not traded a car in, in a very long time and was prepared for a long drawn out ordeal.It was painless! No one acted like my questions were tedious. In fact,I was worried about keeping them past closing time and no one looked at the clock and in fact, when we were switching cars, mark took the time to point out some other features on the car. I would highly recommend this dealership to other customers.The team is knowledgeable and everyone has a great deal of experience.Thank you again to Lewes Auto Mall.You all were super! More
Recently I went with my partner to the Lewes Auto Mall. He has been considering leasing a new Buick. His first point of contact was with Dana and while they were discussing the lease agreement I noticed o He has been considering leasing a new Buick. His first point of contact was with Dana and while they were discussing the lease agreement I noticed on the Showroom floor a GMC Terrain. I had absolutely no intentions of buying a new car since I was please with my 2006 Ford Explorer. Dana came over and began pointing out the features of the Terrain. He was very honest and direct in answering my questions and at no time did he pressure me in buying a new car. I inquired about the trade in value of the Explorer and he brought in John who gave me an unofficial quote since I did not have the Explorer with me. He suggested I return home and bring in the car which I did. John and Dana met and John returned a quoted me a price which I felt was fair. After I decided that I might purchase the car Dana brought in Bob who worked out the financing details and needless to say both my partner and I drove away with new cars. These three men were very professional in there dealing with me and I felt throughout the process they were being honest with me. Since the purchase we have received two telephone followup phone calls from Dana asking if we had any questions. I will have no hesitation in recommending Lewes Auto Mall to my friends. I will say that I will suggest that as a starter they talk with Dana. More

I saw the Buick Verano on the showroom floor about a week earlier when I was having my Aveo serviced and fell in love with it. My 2009 Aveo was about to be up-side-down meaning I owed more than it was worth earlier when I was having my Aveo serviced and fell in love with it. My 2009 Aveo was about to be up-side-down meaning I owed more than it was worth and it was also discontinued. Not a good situation. Keep in mind I really loved the Aveo but apparently most did not. I emailed JB Barbarulo for his advise and he said that eventually I would gain equity in the Aveo if I waited long enough. I didn't want to hear this because I really wanted the Buick. Soon I stopped by the dealership to check out what Verano's were in stock. Out comes Dana Cera calling me by name and recalling when I purchased the Aveo. We test drove the Buick and I mentioned I'd really like to lease this time. I told him I'd get back to him at the end of the week. No pressure from him at all. I set up an appointment and when I arrived the Verano I wanted was parked out front like he had read my mind. When I went in he explained the lease possibilities and what I could get for the trade. JB Barbarulo came over along with Bob Dixon and the deal was struck in about ten minutes. Dana's enthusiasm and knowledge of the product he sells was excellant. The three of them worked as a team and I felt like a member of their family. They were so good my partner bought a GMC Terrain immediately after my deal was done. Guess the "team" had a good day! Dana was recommended by (3) friends who have purchased automobiles through him. We made initial phone contact via his cell just wanting to stop by for brochures on SUV's. He greeted us and with enthusiasm automobiles through him. We made initial phone contact via his cell just wanting to stop by for brochures on SUV's. He greeted us and with enthusiasm and was knowledgeable on the differences between the GMC, Chevrolet Traverse and the Buick Enclave. While we really liked the Enclave, we felt a new one was out of our price range. When we inquired about a demo or previously owned, he pointed out both an Enclave and a Traverse and reviewed the difference between the (2) and pointed out the options each had. After taking us on a test drive, it was evident that the Enclave was our choice. He was very thorough in explaining the whole process of buying a previously owned car which made us feel confident in our choice of a luxury 4-yr. old Enclave with low mileage. By providing a comparison with the Blue Book value to this particular car's options, his explanation of the dealership's "no hassle price", the easy trade-in of our Honda Pilot and the finance meeting with Dan ... the whole transaction was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Lewes Automall and especially Dana ! More
