I was in a serious car accident a month ago and was looking to replace my Ford Five Hundred with another Ford Five Hundred. Beatrice Ford had one listed. I called them. I spoke with Tyler and he was looking to replace my Ford Five Hundred with another Ford Five Hundred. Beatrice Ford had one listed. I called them. I spoke with Tyler and he was very knowledgable about the car and answered all my questions without hesitation. He even explained who previously owned the car and the care it had been given and how and when it had been serviced up to this date. I drove over 600 miles (round trip) to get the car. When I got there, they had all the paperwork filled out and done. All I had to do was sign the papers. The car was BEAUTIFUL...spotlessly clean and in great condition. They even told me that the previous owner had purchased an extended warranty on the car and they would just transfer the warranty to me. Tyler was pleasant and friendly and made sure he explained all the extras on the car and if I had any questions or concerns when I returned home to feel free to call him.
