He listened to what I had to say and paid attention to the needs that I presented and then offered some solutions or option of vehicle to meet those needs. Orville was honest about the vehicle he showed me and was careful to discuss details of the options and features of the vehicle. He took time to describe how the Beatrice Ford Lincoln Dealership would and could service the vehicle once purhased as well. After discussion about the vehicle and whether it met my needs, Orville asked if I wanted to consider talking about a purchase price. I liked the vehicle, I liked Orville's honest and positive approach to dealing with the customer, so I said yeah. We worked out a price including the trade for my vehicle that I thought was very fair and we agreed upon the total package deal. Orville worked hard and stayed late after 6 PM to complete all of the arrangements for purchase of the vehicle. He even cleaned a few smudges on the windows himself. Upon completion of the paperwork, Orville even filled the car with gas. Orvilled called me a few days later to see how things were going with my new purchase and reminded me that I could call him anytime if I had questions or needed any type of service or attention given to the car.
