My issue still hasn’t been resolved. The repair wasn’t covered under warranty, and I wasn’t able to pay out of pocket at the time, so nothing was fixed. Communication throughout the process was also poor. My vehicle was kept for four days, I received very few updates, and I wasn’t provided with a rental vehicle. I still need to have this repaired under warranty. I was considering extending my warranty, but if warranty claims can’t be handled properly, I don’t see a reason to purchase an extension. More

The representative that handled my appointment was awesome. He was kind and listened to me regarding the reason for my appointment (recall). The only reason I scored my experience 4 stars and not 5 is because of some of the other associates. When, I pulled my car in, it took a while 5 or more minutes for an associate to assist me. It would have been nice for someone to say 'Welcome, someone will be with you soon.' More
