Igor was an excellent salesperson. He was knowledgeable and personable. I complained 2 days after taking delivery. windshield washer nozzle broken. Zeigler would not provide it--th He was knowledgeable and personable. I complained 2 days after taking delivery. windshield washer nozzle broken. Zeigler would not provide it--they made me travel to another Zeigler dealership and buy and pay for the nozzle myself, then they installed it for free. There was a gascap warning--Zeigler wouldn't do anything. There was a defective Distance To Empty display. Zeigler wouldn't do anything. We paid approximately $1,500 prep charge, and were told we had two weeks to report latent defects we discovered. In summary, though the salesman did an acceptable job, living up to commitments, was a total failure. More

We are extremely dissatisfied withe the dealership we keep getting the run around about a LoJack that was installed a secon time does not work and we want our money back because it has not worked at all keep getting the run around about a LoJack that was installed a secon time does not work and we want our money back because it has not worked at all since we bought the car July 15 if anyone ask me about the dealership I will have to tell them not to trust what they say and Lojack is a piece of garbage.
