The Salesman Cord was very helpful and prompt on helping me purchase the vehicle. . Pretty sure it wasn’t Cord’s fault but the truck want ready to sale. In shop when I arrived for inspection and putting new windshield in. Truck was not aligned and was dirty. Someone took mud and smeared on side of truck that covered up a deep scratch. they would not wash truck there because of the windshield they just installed. Another problem is that the door locks did not work. Being on the car lot for a month you had to know they didn't work. Lights flash off key fob makin you think they lock. They failed to mention that to. Zeck Ford will do or cover up anything they need to do to sale a vehicle. More
