Younger Toyota

I rated my experience very bad since I received a promotional letter stating I would receive 125% of the value of my tradein, a 2006 Mitzubishi. I received the value and someone in the dealership pro promotional letter stating I would receive 125% of the value of my tradein, a 2006 Mitzubishi. I received the value and someone in the dealership promptly wrote up that amount on the tradein offsetting the 125% promised. They stated about $3,000 to fix up the vehicle that never had an accident was only 3 1/2 years old and taken excellent care of, with 26,000 miles. It was a cheap trick. It was not my salesman's, Jesse Torreyson, fault. He treated me great. Someone in the back office did not. I am a 62 year old male, CFO of an organization in Hagerstown, Md. More

I'm glad to give a review of my most recent experience at Younger Toyota. After more then a month of looking on line and visiting several dealerships (I was looking for an Accord) I finally took a day off wi Younger Toyota. After more then a month of looking on line and visiting several dealerships (I was looking for an Accord) I finally took a day off with the intention of buying a car. Younger was the fifth dealership that day. Rick introduced himself, was interested in what I was looking for and VERY patient. Over the course of roughly 2 and a half hours I test drove either 5 or 6 cars. He was a great guy to work with, knowledgable and friendly. When I decided I'd found the car that was just right for me (Toyota Avalon) Rick walked me through everything. The facility is really nice, very customer oriented. While I was working out the financing end of it all the car was washed and filled with gas. Rick was busy with something for a few minutes and another fellow came over and put the tags on the car for me. All in all it was a great experience, no pressure, just helpful pleasant assistance. Oh and one other thing, my girlfriend can't wait to schedule her manicure just as soon as it's time to get the oil changed in her Highlander! More

This was one of the easiest , no pressure deals that I've ever made. I actually came in for an oil change and ended up with a new Tacoma. No take it today only, or we can only do this on that one, just straight answers to my questions.Finance was a breeze and they matched my credit union rates,saving me from running around getting a loan and the M.V.A. hastles. When I am buying a vehicle I like to know two things, how much for yours, and how much for mine,period. Youngers accomplished this without all the trickery of the Big city dealers.
