My service writer and the service manager were very accommodating. The manager hasn’t gotten back to me on my tailgate replacement, due to it opening and falling down on the trailer I was towing. I bro accommodating. The manager hasn’t gotten back to me on my tailgate replacement, due to it opening and falling down on the trailer I was towing. I brought it in for a recall due to the tailgate latch not holding and letting the tailgate fall down on it’s own. Due to the faulty latch my tailgate is damaged and I’m expecting replacement. Very shady business practices inflated parts costs using parts pricing matrix a nox sensor worth 250 online they where billing me 941 and since service advisers work on commission sells work but doesn't wo parts pricing matrix a nox sensor worth 250 online they where billing me 941 and since service advisers work on commission sells work but doesn't work with customer on finding cheaper parts but inflate price on part to make up for lost revenue on mantinance and low repair order work More
