At this point, I had made the decision to turn in Jeep and keep looking to find a vehicle I would like to purchase. When I went to York to turn in my Jeep GC, I was aware they had a Jaguar F-Pace SVR that was recently traded in with low miles. Price was higher than I was expecting to spend, but the car itself, sold itself. It was beautiful and everything I wanted in a car. Even though it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, I knew I wanted the car! Rodney helped get the deal done smoothly, listened to my needs, and made the transaction as quick as possible! My vehicle had a bad engine. Everything was going well with my Van until Joush went on vacation. Each time they told me they called the insurance company. When I called the insurance company I was told the dealership never called. I then called the delearship and I am told from them they thought someone called. Now my wife was given two options an engine from the dealership with a 500 dollar handling fee or a lower quality remaned engine with no handling fee from the insurance company. We picked less money with on handling fee. Now the engine is in the van and I'm told we still owe a 500 dollar handling fee. More
