My email address is as follows adames75@nyc.rr.com The issues that I noticed with Yonkers Kia is that they should try to expedite the service. For example, how is it thst it takes the service department approximately 5 hours for a simple oil change. Expedite the services for people that are only doing oil change if the technicians finds an issue with the car let the customer know if they want to fix it or not. Don’t waste time. Make the waiting area more comfortable with televisions that has cable and regular channels since as customer we are going to be there for more the five our waiting for our vehicles.

It's over 1 year and nobody has even called to give me a answer on when it's coming this is my second Kia Sorento bought one in 2011 snd 2020. You guys had my SUV for 8 days n I got nothing in return not even a complimentary oil change. NOTHING
