I had to return to correct bumper attachments that were not done properly and were not disclosed, although final payment requested and made. Upon return, service could not be done. I was referred to a bo not done properly and were not disclosed, although final payment requested and made. Upon return, service could not be done. I was referred to a body shop where additional parts had to be ordered and additional work and charges made. It was my discovery after leaving Yonkers KIA that the adjustment of bumper to the body was not done correctly, requiring me to return to Yonkers KIA. Extremely poor service by the service department, especially allowing the customer, after final payment, to believe the work completed. More

I waited over 4 hours for my car to be serviced and they were still not able to resolve on of the issues. He said he would put me on a waitlist for a loaner car.
