Horrible experience at Yonkers kia leasing new sorento My resent experience at Yonkers Kia was a horrible experience. Geardine aurea was the sale person that was helping make the deal. She a good sale pers My resent experience at Yonkers Kia was a horrible experience. Geardine aurea was the sale person that was helping make the deal. She a good sale person but green in selling cars. The manager Joel zaruela and financial officer John Molina are the crooks. They want to charge me 3600 dollars extra than what we negotiated and when I ask where they got that amount from they gave me the run around. When I was ready to walk away from the deal they finally took my first offer and the deal was made. In all we were there from 10:30 am to 8 pm which is unacceptable. I would not return to Yonkers Kia or will I recommend anybody to these crooks. More
