Unprofessionalism in Response To Consumer Questions My experience in this dealership in regards to professionalism & customer care has been overall discourteous. My first experience in Kia should have b My experience in this dealership in regards to professionalism & customer care has been overall discourteous. My first experience in Kia should have been an exceptional overall experience. The detailing on the vehicle, its standards & what it is equipped with, is very vital to a customer. My sales rep Tony did not provide me with accurate information on my Kia, nor had consideration to my concerns. My vehicle recently had a flat tire & I was left to tow my vehicle for repair. I was told after the fact that I should have been provided with a mobility kit. I was never told about the vehicle not being equipped with a spare as well. This is truly unacceptable. I also had called both Joel & Tony in regards for some details concerning finance issues, I was never given a call back to my concerns. Both Tony & Joel demonstrated unprofessionalism. If they provide you with business cards & state call me if you have any questions or problems, then proper protocol is to the consumer, especially a returning consumer. Hopefully this will not happen to future customers. Cindy Santos provided me with answers to my concerns and took care of my issues, thank you Cindy for your professionalism! More
