Dear Customer, I am very interested in addressing your concern. Please call me at 914 961 8180. We retain our records well and Mac still works here. A "Wrap Around" normally gives you 7 years and 100000 miles from the date the vehicle was sold as new. I would love to research and discuss this further. Bob Feinberg General Manager

Not much to discuss. This wasn't a normal deal. I was canceling the deal due to promises the salesman had made to us that Mac said he couldn't deliver. I was on my way out the door, extremely aggravated, my wife and daughter were putting her items back into the Saab we were trading in when Mac called my daughter and I back into his office to resolve the issue. He offered us 7 years or 100,000 miles from that day on to close the deal stating the salesman should have never promised what he did. We accepted.

As I read my Application for Coverage it states... "Coverage for a pre-owned plan begins at the service contract purchase date and at the mileage on the odometer on that date". That's exactly what Mac offered us!

It sounds like we may have created some confusion regarding the start and end point of the "wrap around" coverage on a certified used car. If the document does in fact say that we owe coverage to a given expiration date and a given mileage, we would absolutely honor that. My offer to review this still stands.
