I have never been to a dealer's service department as awesome as this! You are met outside by a wonderful smiling gentleman who just sets the tone for the incredible time you are about to experience. Their service consultants are friendly, RESPECTFUL, knowlegable, and great listeners. They listen to what you are describing - I mean REALLY LISTEN - and ask follow up questions. They outline how they are going to proceed. Even if you are in for routine service or for a major repair, you leave the consultant feeling like you are in the best hands. You are then shuttled into the rest of your day by a driver who is pleasant, safe, and friendly. A follow up phone call details what has been found, what needs to be done, and the cost. You return to the service department and your car is waiting - on time, no surprises on the bill - all with the same respect. The whole experience at Yonkers Honda was incredible, the minute you walk in the sales staff lets you actually look around there selection of vehicles without being pushy.
