He never pressured me to make a decision and answered each and every question that I had. Jon was completely patient with me, even making himself reachable after business hours. Jon was accommodating and flexible, making the car buying process that much easier. I was very nervous and Jon made me feel at ease and that he would be available even when my purchase was complete. Being as indecisive as I am, Jon remained calm and showed me anything and everything I wanted to see. I arrived early on the day that I came to complete my purchase and Jon was finishing up with a customer. Michael LaPadula offered to help us and he completed our insurance process while we waited. He even went as far as to stay on the phone with the insurance company and ask and answer all questions that we had. He spoke with us and expedited our paperwork until Jon was ready, making our sale completion that much quicker. Both Jon and Michael represented Yonkers Honda extremely well and I could not have asked for a better first time car buying experience.
