I wish all sales people are like her, very easy to work with, no pressure, very straight forward and most of all she understands people. This is my first PILOT. Her price is good and the process is quick with no time wasted. She is trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. The whole experience at the dealership was pleasant. More

What was important to us included; style, handles well under all weather conditions, gas mileage, easy ride. The Honda CRV was at the top of our short list. This is what brought us to Yonkers Honda dealership.... From the moment we walked into the showroom everyone was professional and accommodating. Mae Soleiman; who was our agent; made our leasing experience pleasant and efficient. She answers all questions truthfully no matter what the answer is. Mae went out of her way to take care of any issues that arose during the process. She was super attentive and took the time to find the car and options we wanted. Within 3 hours time we had the paperwork signed, she was walking us through the features on the car and syncing my cellphone contact list to blue tooth; we drove it home that day. We are very pleased with our car and the quality of customer service we received from Mae and the rest of the staff at Yonkers Honda Dealership... I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again for the best experience!! More

Being that it is about a thirty minute drive from us, we opted to first visit other dealers. After dealing with the subpar customer service and for lack of a better word - plain xxxxxxxx - at two other Honda dealerships (Paragon Honda and Honda of Manhattan), Boris and the staff at Yonkers Honda restored my dwindling faith in the car business. Boris was professional, honest, didn't try to spin the facts and was very considerate of our time. Equally friendly, helpful and professional were the rest of the Yonkers Honda team we dealt with - Rosalie, Peter, and Kurt. We are happy with our purchase and look forward to being customers for the years to come should we need service or a future car purchase. More

Mike approached me and was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful throughout. The entire experience was a pleasure and I left with a much nicer car than I would have expected, at a price could afford. Kurt made closing the deal a completely seamless process. I received a great car, a great deal, and great service. I can't thank those guys enough. It was honestly the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. More
