I am very pleased with this dealership. Everyone was very friendly. Byron always got back with me in a timely manner. He made sure to answer all of my questions. BEWARE STAY AWAY from this DISHONEST Dealership. they sold me a car with problems and promise they will take care of it at the time we bought it. we leftthe car for a week at their dealership and they sa sold me a car with problems and promise they will take care of it at the time we bought it. we leftthe car for a week at their dealership and they said there was nothing wrong with the car, after we got the car we took to three different Mechanics and they all found the same problem. ROUEN is a proffesional crooks they sell cars knowing it has problems and they don't stand behind their words or their warranty not the 50/50 warranty which is in writing. we tried to work it out with the BBB. they just did care. I will have to take them to a small claim court when I have the chance. the car cost over $1,100.00 to repair and the car had an accident that was not shown on carfax or mentioned by this dealership. So beware if you have to deal with them make sure you bring your own Mechanic to check the car. More

We To Whom It May Concern My wife and I recently had an exceptionally good car buying experience at the Rouen Toyota Dealership in Maumee, Ohio. We have just leased a new Camry and bought a pre-owned Solara. Byron Edwards, the sales person who worked with us, was extremely helpful throughout sales process and took great pains to keep in mind both what we were looking for, and what cost savings options were open to us. The process was a lengthy one (partly because we were buying and leasing the vehicles through our business, partly because there were two vehicles being traded in and two being bought, partly because it was the last day of the month--this, incidentally, is the only reason we've rated the dealership's customer service a 4, not a 5) but, throughout, Byron stayed with us, kept us interested in learning about our new cars, learning about Toyota as a company, and learning about him (as he learned about us). Post purchase, Byron has also responded very promptly to two calls for help: one to start the Camry (whose battery had gotten low, sitting on the lot--the vehicle is running fine now) and two, to get me a copy of my vehicles registration when I couldn't find mine easily. So he's been true to his promise to be the go-to-person for any question or problem, related to our new cars, that might arise for us. We would recommend Byron and the Rouen Dealership to anyone.
