Mia Knicely at Yark Subaru My daughter and I were looking for a safe, low-mileage car for her to use at school and were very interested in an Impreza. Based on some less than great experiences at the Subaru dealer in Ann Arbor and some great reviews of Mia Knicely at Yark Subaru in Sylvania, we made the 40 mile drive to deal with her. It was a great decision despite the distance. Mia is pleasant, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The actual vehicle we drove down there for turned out not to be the right one, but Mia worked with us to find something better suited to my daughter and made us a very fair deal on it. I will not hesitate to buy from Mia and Yark again. it was a terrific experience all the way around. More

I had 2 safety recalls and a number of concerns as to the health of my 12 year old impreza outback. Dustin was great. He listened to my concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Service technicians thoroughly inspected my car and noted necessary repairs. I got an accurate estimate but the final bill was actually less than quoted. Out baby is back in action an ready for another 144,000 miles! More

Great Service I had my oil changed and a 12,000 mile check up - Had an appt. for 8:30a.m. got there early and they did it right away no wait. I went to the waiting area there was coffee & water at NO cost to enjoy while my car was being serviced, plus a tv and some magazines to read but they were mostly for men not us ladies- lol. From the time I walked in the door to walk back out it was great service. Oh yes while I was waiting a salesman came over and chatted with me which was so nice also. In and out with-in a half hour can't complain at all. More
