Cupped tires on 2018 Subaru Put 18k miles on 2018 Subaru ,new car , tires are cupped. Dealer wants to sell me new set of tires with only 18 k miles . They cannot adjust tires sen Put 18k miles on 2018 Subaru ,new car , tires are cupped. Dealer wants to sell me new set of tires with only 18 k miles . They cannot adjust tires sent me to firestone dealer. Have serviced car with Subaru dealer since new no mention of cupped tires as they rotated them. Cupped tires make thud sound at highway speeds. Feels like tire is slightly out of balance but makes annoying thud sound. Like flat spot on the tire. Other than tire issues the Subaru has been good buy and dealership is friendly. Service friendly too. Hopefully the Firestone dealer can adjust tires where Subaru dealer choose not to address. Lesson learned On what warranty covers today. More
