I approached Xclusive based on recommendation from a friend and worked with Eugene Koros to lease a new BWM 5 series. I contacted Eugene and described the model I wanted, options included, color desired and the price I was wiling to pay. For the several weeks, Eugene continuously updated me via email regarding his search effort and what's available. About a month after my initial query, Eugene reached confirming he found the model with the options I requested and stayed within the price limit I initially provided. I was traveling at the time so we exchanged all documentation via email, gave him my credit card for down payment and got an email next day all was done!
