Horrible Experience! ! Found the Perfect pre-owned 2020 CX5 Grand Touring, Black on Black, Loaded! I made an appointment with Dakota in BDC to come in and purchase my dr ! Found the Perfect pre-owned 2020 CX5 Grand Touring, Black on Black, Loaded! I made an appointment with Dakota in BDC to come in and purchase my dream car. After 5 years of saving, I was a cash buyer and moving back to Chicago. When I got to the dealership I came across the Salesman Wilbur. It took him 15 mins just to find the car only to have it absolutely filthy, chocolate melted all over the dash and yesterday's trash just all over the car, couldn't even test drive let alone was I going to purchase that CX5 now. I left and headed to Chicago in my rental when I got a call from Wilbur... Explaining he had the perfect CX5 for me, even better than the one I was there to purchase, less miles etc. Wilbur convinced me to keep the rental another week and they would cover the cost, I cannot pass up this deal they are going to give me! Wilbur convinced me to keep the rental another week and they would cover the cost. The following week I drove 800 MILES back from Chicago to purchase. Wilbur takes me to the vehicle, it was a 2021 CX30, not even the same model I was purchasing the CX5, it was White with Blue and Black interior, Base model! I was lied to, deceived and just exhausted by this dealership! I purchased the vehicle reluctantly and less than 2 weeks later the entire engine BLEW, busted the radiator and so on. $12,000 Repair!!! So much for that Lifetime Power Train Warranty that Wilbur told me covers everything under the hood. So much for that 2 year Manufacturer Warranty left on the vehicle. So much for that Mazda Roadside Assistance, after 5 days of being Stranded , I had to pay $350 to have it towed myself. So much for that promise of refunding me $600 for that Rental. $12,000 Repair for a vehicle that I was persuaded and bullied into purchasing after driving 800 miles back. And Service, they wanted they're Money, UPFRONT! Taylor in Service says they wont even start the Complete Engine Repair, New Radiator and so on without me paying first. Total Cost, including the Hotel I had to rent for 5 days while I was stranded by them after the Engine blew up: $42,000 For a Vehicle that retails for $19,000. No HELP from the Managers I've talked to or Mazda Corporate, just the run around for 2 months now!! Oh and Wilbur, well he no longer works there. Congratulations Wyatt Johnson Mazda you really got this gal! 👍 More

Now your company can "apologize" and "resolve issues" as you wish after calling me and getting an ear full. We are a previous Mazda family and as we were previously treated extremely well by Mazda AND the car we had, we really wanted a Mazda CX-50. We are now "turned off" to Mazda. I don't believe we will be back to your dealership and not to Mazda either (even as much as I used to admire the brand). There are sure a LOT of cars for sale in your lot ... I don't wonder why. More
I have Mazada Tribute 2004. I purchased brand new , My main mechanic was Ben. Now he is in charge of this area and doing an excellent job with my vehicle for the last 20 years. I purchased brand new , My main mechanic was Ben. Now he is in charge of this area and doing an excellent job with my vehicle for the last 20 years. He is very professional and has Excellent knowledge in his job. Customer service is Excellent.....He needs a raise for all he does in his multitasking everyday and handles himself very well. Also I would like to commend Nate who was trained by Ben to do an excellent job with my vehicle too. More
Worst place ever. No one answers the phones and they never call back waited 2 days and no one ever called back. Horrible service department!!... couldn't get anyone to return my calls, called 3 times was told each time that I would receive a call back. I bought my car there and have had service done there before. S return my calls, called 3 times was told each time that I would receive a call back. This was solely due to the Ann Kauffman, she went above and beyond to not only get me what I wanted but to make the whole experience fun and interesting. Lol. Ann and her manager worked tirelessly to find me a truck that I wanted and show me other options as well. I was not easy to please but they listened to me. If you want a salesperson that will be honest and treat you like a real person and not just another sale she is the one to go too. The other salesmen there are great too but she will be who I refer everyone too. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had More
My Honda was totaled about a month ago and I needed a new car soon. I came in to check out the cars that they had on the lot and wasn't very sure what I wanted because I did not want another Honda. Tony helped me out with finding my beautiful Mazda 3. We went through the process and he made it very simple and hassle free. I've always stayed away from dealerships because they have been pushy and I've never had great experiences with them but he completely changed my view. I am loving my car and I will definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back! More
If you need a new car, you should go to this dealership and ask for Ann Kauffman. She was an amazing salesperson. Not pushy and she was so friendly and able to help us get what we were looking for.
