Wonderful Dealership I started looking for a car simply because Valley Honda called asking me to trade in my 2014 CR-V for something newer or higher end (i.e. 2017 CR-V or I started looking for a car simply because Valley Honda called asking me to trade in my 2014 CR-V for something newer or higher end (i.e. 2017 CR-V or Pilot). I was not interested in looking at Hyundai because I had heard bad things about them in general, not specifically with this dealership. My husband and I were treated extremely poorly by all of the people at Honda and decided to branch out to look at other 3rd row vehicle options. My husband's mother and grandmother both own Hyundai's that they purchased from Wright Way Hyundai and were quick to recommend us talking to them. I can't say enough how wonderful our experience at Wright Way was - both in comparison to Valley Honda and just their customer service in general. Maurice was excellent!! He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products and options. Since we were not familiar with Hyundai or the Santa Fe, he walked us through the different options they had available on the lot and what else they could offer me. We walked away on our first night without purchasing, but called to ask Maurice to get some additional information for us. Maurice was again polite and promised follow-up. I was SO impressed when both he and the GM, Chris, called the next day to follow-up -- even though Maurice was off! They let us come back again, talk options, and brought in the exact car and package I wanted from another dealership. They made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed in the Santa Fe with the proper upgrades and warranties. They worked with my husband and I to make sure we stayed WITHIN budget and didn't make me feel uncomfortable with anything. I would recommend Hyundai and Wright Way to ANYONE looking for a new vehicle!!! More
