FANTASTIC TWO CAR DEAL!!!! Three years ago my husband bought a car from World Hyundai in Matteson. I loved how great the sales people were Ecic and Edwin, so much so less than Three years ago my husband bought a car from World Hyundai in Matteson. I loved how great the sales people were Ecic and Edwin, so much so less than a year later I decided to buy a car from the same two sales people. They bought me a cake, it was my birthday. Periodcally my husband and I would come in to get our cars serviced and if they were working they both would greet us like family.It is such a wonderful dealership that my husband and I traded in our cars and both bought new ones. The experiences at the dealership is a really good one. I will refer family and friends to World Hyundai whenever possible so they too can experience a really great place to purchase a car! More

Great car buying experience. This was our second vehicle purchase from World Hyundai. That says a lot. since we were driving across Chicago from the far north side. We called Tom Primbas to let him know when we were coming in, and he arranged a VIP service experience for us. Our salesman, Kareem, called to verify our appointment time and talk about the car I was interested in. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, shown to a desk, offered refreshments and waited for Kareem, who arrived almost immediately. He brought a Tucson booklet with him, going over the Tucson models and packages available, pointing out the ones with the options I wanted. He found just the right car on the lot, we took a test drive, and settled down to do the paperwork prepared & explained to us by Tom. Everything from the initial call to starting our drive home went smoothly. We rated our car buying experience 5 stars***** From the time we were greeted at the door, welcomed by the staff, who made us feel right at home, well taken care of by our salesman, Kareem, who REALLY listened to what we wanted & found the perfect vehicle, to Antoine in the finance department who explained every piece of paperwork we signed. We feel everyone treated us with our best interest in mind, which is why we returned to World Hyundai for our second car purchase. We've never felt more comfortable purchasing a new vehicle, and will return again for our next one. More
