I appreciate the "all on my own" test drive. The extra time requested to test drive was wonderful. And when I had an emergency come up, all I had to do was call in and postpone returning the vehicle. I really loved working with women, I didn't feel looked down on and never felt "dumb"., The no extra fees was a great plus, dealt with that in the big city with my daughters car. Routine service review I made an appt for routine oil change. I also needed a tire replaced. I came in with the spare on and blown tire in the back. The service was great. E I made an appt for routine oil change. I also needed a tire replaced. I came in with the spare on and blown tire in the back. The service was great. Everyone was very nice and friendly. After picking my truck up I noticed the new was on but hub cap not put back on. The spare tire was thrown back in back not rehung under the truck. Also the tire pressure indicator was still on from not resetting the system after replacing. I turned around and went back and they did put the hub cap on and did fix the indicator. I still had to put the spare back under the truck when I got home. Overall the service was good. People were great but I would have really expected the job to be finished. I wouldn't have complained but it was just enough of the little things to not make it "excellent" service. More
