Woody's understood how important this vehicle was too me and took great care of me. This was an old vehicle (1994) that I bought new and have loved the entire time I have owned it. I was worried since I was not paying for the work (the oil change shop was) that my concerns would not be met, but they were and I could not have asked for better treatment. More

Overall a good experience To start with the negatives-I had originally contacted the dealership by email to ask if a particular vehicle was still available. I got a quick response that my email was received but never got a response indicating if the vehicle was still there or not. (would not have been as much of an issue if I didn't live over 2 hours away). As it turns out the vehicle had already sold. After looking at other vehicles and financing, it was determined a new vehicle would be my best option but I was not asked my preferences among those options. Now, the positives, Jake was patient and helpful while we reviewed the used vehicle options and listened well to the features I was looking for. The dealership was really busy and he did a decent job when he was asked to juggle two customers at the same time. When I emailed him to ask about the floor mats that weren't in the jeep I purchased, he got them in a box and expressed them to me double quick which was really nice. I also found that the same vehicle at the local dealership had a higher msrp than Woody's. I would have liked to have had a little more conversation when he started looking at the new vehicles, see the options, etc. I did have to have the a/c charged at the first warm weather but that was because it left the factory with less than a full charge More
