Because I was a semi-active buyer, Chris made the decision to buy a new car relatively easy. He was thorough in explaining the cars features and the various maintenance and warranty extensions available. I will be quick to tell you that I extremely detest car dealers. I usually have an uncomfortable walk and a greasy palm when I leave there. I received more that I though with my trade in, the typical negotiations were simple, and I walked out with the truck I wanted with the price I had in mind. I am neither manufacture loyal, nor vehicle loyal. I am loyal to people though. If Chris or Mike has the next vehicle I want, I will defiantly be back to work with them first.
