I came to Atchley on a second visit, and met Chris. He was very friendly, and took a lot of time showing me the Fusion I was looking at, and let me go on the longest test drive I've ever been on when shop was very friendly, and took a lot of time showing me the Fusion I was looking at, and let me go on the longest test drive I've ever been on when shopping for a car. I was very impressed with the vehicle, and Chris really made the test enjoyable with his knowledge of the car, and his friendly, jocular personality. My only complaint is that I was not happy with the fact that my truck was taken for a test drive without my knowledge or permission. That is a minor point, however, in an overall excellent experience with Chris at Atchley Ford. I highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to everyone. More

My wife went in for a tire issue we had purchased tires 3 mos ago from this dealer we got the road hazard. We got a nail in the side wall after they pulled the nail out of it they told my wife the tire was mos ago from this dealer we got the road hazard. We got a nail in the side wall after they pulled the nail out of it they told my wife the tire was fine. I called back was treated very rudely. I told them i would like documention from them that they pulled the nail ouy and tire is fine. I talked to the manager Mark which was no help. So i have a tire that could blow out any time. All i was told was to file a claim wih the road hazard warrany which i had done. Also my wife was asked to leave and we will not be needing your business in the future. That is more that fine with me. I will never return back ! More

Herman knew the Focus well, he knew the options and how to work them. He was intelegent and sincear and seemed to really want to help us buy the correct car that would be right for us.
