They overcharged me on labor. I’m from Canada and tried to take full advantage of the situation. They bold-faced lied about the price I needed to pay. The data book stated that a clutch replacement is 10h but charged me “14.5h”. None of these numbers were on the invoice. They offered to give me $700-70 back. I was tired of dealing with a service department that lacks simple integrity. The service manager was very nice however, he looked into it and I was able to get some money back. I was disappointed that the final conversations I had with anyone from this dealership was through text messages. The lack of customer relations should’ve have surprised me considering the way they lacked the honesty when they knew I was in need their help. I researched the customer reviews and wasn’t surprised that many were one-star reviews. More
