Need to be trustworthy I understand the concept of checking my car for problems other than the service I came in for but it gets old that EVERY TIME I COME IN FOR AN OIL CHA I understand the concept of checking my car for problems other than the service I came in for but it gets old that EVERY TIME I COME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON A 1 year old pilot they try to tell me I NEED something else. Yesterday, after a trip to Florida and several rain storms in which my wipers performed perfectly- I came in for an oil change and was told I needed new wipers because of streaking. I inspected the wipers and found no wear- turned them on with the washers and saw NO streaks. If I can’t trust them to be honest with what I need - I WILL GO ELSEWHERE! Quit being dishonest and greedy service department- you will have plenty of business if you just honestly service people’s cars ( as you would your own) with simply what they need!! More
