I am so sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you were caused by the lack of communication by your service advisor. As you described in your replay of events, all of the other customers were well communicated with during the process and because of the type of service you received from your Advisor, Erin, she is no longer employed with our service team. I sincerely apologize for the level of service you received and I do hope that you will use your free oil and filter change and give our staff another opportunity to serve you.
