People were kind. Service Advisor was helpful and the maintenance was completed in a reasonable time. I should have asked if I could just have the oil change and tire rotation without all the other things that were probably not required. But even then it was basically fluid additives and shouldn’t have been so costly. More

This service center is so bad it's almost laughable. I believe that the issue is that they are unable to retain service advisors and mechanics. We've dealt with JR, Ashley, B, Landon, and now Will. Every single issue that I have had with my car has not been resolved satisfactorily. Most times, I am unable to get an answer to any questions I have. When I call the service desk, the answer I usually get is I don't know. I have been charged to repair the driver's seat panel that kept on falling off when it is a known issue. I have taken the car in multiple times for the reverse camera not working. It's a known recall that has no solution apparently. I have taken my car in for an oil change and had the mechanics not put the cap on causing damage to my car. The repair from this time was almost 3 months. The service advisor (Will) tried to put the blame on me as the customer. Do I need to double check their work before I leave? I called periodically to check on the work, I was told they were waiting for parts. I called the parts department they said the parts were in. Maybe the mechanics were overwhelmed with jobs. This might be understandable if someone communicated this to me. Instead I get an I don't know let me check on that and no call back. Or I get a sorry we have no loaner car but you can take your car until we're ready to do the work. How? My car was towed to the dealership by O'Sung. In fact, the tow truck driver outright stated that this service center is the worst he's seen on island. Every time he brings in a tow the mechanics are goofing off and not working. This service center does not stand by their work, does not take responsibility for their work. There is a severe lack of communication. Even on small jobs, when the work is finished, no one calls to let us know. We usually just show up on faith and prayer, hoping that the work is done. Do not call and leave voicemails for the service department. You will never get a call back. Do not leave messages for the service manager. He will not call back. In fact, the last time I actually got to speak with this manager, he led with the fact that I was complaining that he had not called back. He explained that he saw that I had only called and left a message twice. Well, if that's the case why did he not call back until I attempted to escalate the issue? I purchased an extended warranty when purchasing my car. Thank goodness I did. I paid a deductible for the work on the car. I don't understand why anyone would purchase a Ford at this point. I personally was sucked in by the powertrain warranty. The problems I have had with this car are more than all my other cars combined. I was considering purchasing a Bronco and a Mustang eventually. After my experiences with this service center, that will never happen. Ever. Service is everything. The sales experience only lasts a day. The service lasts for the life of a car. More

However my recent visit made me smile because their customer service has improved dramatically. I was greeted warmly, and Alaina Davis took care of me and informed me of the situation. She followed up exactly as she said she would and was always pleasant. My car was there on a recall. It seems that this dealership has hired qualified employees to replace some of the others and these employees pay attention to customer service. Hopefully their repairs ( I haven’t needed any serious repairs done) are as equally represented by qualified mechanic & a General Manager. More

I had a 7:30 am appointment and I sat in the waiting room for 3-1/2 hours looking at my car NOT getting worked on. Then the power went out. I waited another hour before giving up and going home. I reschedule for 3-1/2 hours looking at my car NOT getting worked on. Then the power went out. I waited another hour before giving up and going home. I rescheduled a 7:00 am appointment for another day. This time my car was serviced and was done in 2 hours. The latter is what I expected and would have gotten them 5 stars. The former was just disrespectful and got them 1 star. Thus the 3 star overall rating. More
