I do not like sales people, but Bob Massena's approach was friendly and comforting. "No Bull", genuinely friendly, informative, and best of all non-judgmental. Bob answered my wife's questions with genuine concern and was successful in defusing her confrontational attitude. I selected a red, 2010 Jeep and within 1 hour and 10 minutes of reaching an agreement the papers were signed and the deal was done. I will definitely purchase my cars and trucks from Wilsonville Toyota from now on. More
