We were greeted right away by a very charismatic and friendly young man Jay, he listened intently on what we were looking for and had us look at our options. When he showed us the rav 4 we both new it was the one! Jay told us everything there was to know about it and it was a done deal. It was a very quick and stress free process. Jay really took the time to work us out a deal that didn't hurt us financially and gave us exactly what we wanted I feel very fortunate to have gone to Wilsonville Toyota and gotten my car from Jay. I had worked with Wilsonville before and had an unpleasant experience. I was hoping that it was a fluke. I was wrong. My complaint was that I was quoted one payment price that we had haggled over for about 45 minutes. The sales guy goes to his manager and now the payment price is $40 more per month, a 'clerical error'. I express my disappointment and his response was "Nobody is forcing you to buy the truck". His exact words. After being there for hours, I got an 'Oops, sorry. Take it or leave it'. My wife was dying for the vehicle so I caved in. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this dealership. Gladstone Toyota will be getting my future business. More
