We let him know that we wanted a Tacoma pickup truck and indicated a preferred color. Early on, we took a short test drive that helped us zero in on more specifics. When my wife indicated some of the things she wanted, Mr. Hernandez listened. We test drove a different unit and decided to buy it. Angel escorted us to his desk, and helped us to relatively quickly get us through all of the administrative steps. It is very clear to us that the dealership has thought through, practiced, and trained on having their act together, so as not to waste the customers’ time. We appreciate that.
