Went for the oil change/tire rotation first in the morning. The work was done quickly while I was waiting. Williamson used to wash the car when doing works but this time no washing. I am giving 4/5 star for the service part only because it was done fast. To the cashier, I told her that I wanted to use the GM reward points. She charged my GM rewards card (Barclays bank master card) as a rgular purchase. Later I was told that the dealer's procedure is to have the service advisor giving a notice to the cashier. She could have told me to go ask the advisor before scanning my card. It took many calls later to substitute the reward points instead of the regular charge for the service (because another charge for the same service was added instead of the reversing the charge that made me spend more time to fix this error.) For the cashier, I would give 1/5 star. More

I got there early indicating I was there for service and was promptly guide where to park by the person in the driveway entrance. Once inside I was politely and nicely greeted by the service advisor whom I informed I was there to get an oil change. He then immediately went to.my car to collect my vehicle's data metrics, etc.. and ptomptly returned, printed the work order, went over it with me, I signed it and we then exchanged some pleasantries after which he informed me about the waiting area where there would be coffee, pastries and other refreshments. I proceeded to go there and after a while I saw Road Service Tech Manny Ortega. Another great Williamson employee who has on several occasions over many years has been of excellent assistance ti me and my wife. We chatted a little bit and then I sat to finish my coffee. Less than an hour later, Tone Martinez came to tell me that my car was ready. He directed me to the cashier where in a matter of 2 minutes I paid, for my receipt and left. Went to claim my car up front and in just a few minutes I was back in my car, which had just been washed, and happily heading home. More
