Hats off to the service team at Williamson Cadillac. A very professional and friendly atmosphere. My wife and I chose Williamson because we were tired of going to the normal Chevrolet dealer. The only co very professional and friendly atmosphere. My wife and I chose Williamson because we were tired of going to the normal Chevrolet dealer. The only comment why I gave 4 stars and not 5 stars was because of the time to complete the simple oil change service. I had a scheduled 9am appointment, in a worse case scenario, it should've taken 90 minutes. but in fact it took 3 hours. So I will continue my loyalty to Williamson and hope that they look into focusing on the service time for a scheduled service. More
