The best example: Toyota told me my alternator was bad and quoted around $3,000 not including labor. I came to Subaru, Rob fit me in for a diagnostic right before closing, and the team stayed late to finish it. They confirmed the alternator, caught an AC blower motor issue too, and were completely honest that I realistically have one to two years and don’t need to rush anything. The real price they showed me was about $1,500 including labor. Wade also took great care of me on my first visit with him, even double checking with me before an oil change. They tell you what’s going on and give honest recommendations without ever pressuring you. I won’t take my car anywhere else. More

I like most of the sales reps i’ve worked with, particularly Ryan Stetz. Service is mostly good, but occasionally basic service appointments can run 1-1.5 hours, although my most recent visit was o particularly Ryan Stetz.
