If I did not like this dealership I would not keep coming back so I must like the service I get but I really can't stand how they force you to write a review. It's annoying stop it! back so I must like the service I get but I really can't stand how they force you to write a review. It's annoying stop it! More
My suggestion for improvement… Be more patient in working with the customer… Each time that I tried to explain what I wanted serviced for my car, Yia Xiong would cut me off. He was not patient with me, alw with the customer… Each time that I tried to explain what I wanted serviced for my car, Yia Xiong would cut me off. He was not patient with me, always talking over me. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL! Hopefully, this was just a bad morning for him. Thank you for this opportunity to comment. Michael Pelc More
Have purchased two vehicles here. Happy with both purchases and the way we’ve been treated by staff on the sales floor and service. Happy with both purchases and the way we’ve been treated by staff on the sales floor and service. More
please don’t ever buy a used car from here. EVER. we bought a 2015 infiniti, it’s been nothing but problems. we had the car for ONE WEEK and it had issues and we needed to have it towed to the EVER. we bought a 2015 infiniti, it’s been nothing but problems. we had the car for ONE WEEK and it had issues and we needed to have it towed to the dealership because it wouldn’t accelerate and struggled turning on. i call the next day looking for an update on the vehicle and no one knows where it is. (now that may be the tow truck drivers fault which I understand but just wait.) i’m never able to reach anyone until 2:30 pm the next day. then i text the guy who sells up the car. chris, and he quite literally says to me “once the sale is done there’s nothing I can do” when i text him asking for an update on my vehicle because no one has contacted me. wow. i finally get in touch with someone (after me continuing to call them) they say they have no idea what’s going on with the vehicle so i tell them and he says well it’s the battery. it’s been replaced. (thank god). but now seeing it’s so late- we aren’t able to pick it up today because we get off later than when they close. he says oh it might just be an extra fee. IM SORRY? a fee because you guys had no idea my car was dropped off there and let it sit there the entire day and not be looked at? eventually got it straightened out and picked the car up on monday. ON THE DRIVE HOME!!!!! the same thing happens. same fricken issue. we take it back the next day. we have a service contract on this car that covers rental vehicles. well the dealership just so happens to be out of loaner cars with nothing to provide us with. so again! more days without a vehicle after we just purchased it at this point 11 days ago. almost a week goes by with no update. no vehicle. eventually they call and say they had to take the car to nissan and have it looked at and they need it for an over night test to see if it’s the alternator. (it’s been there 6 nights already at this point). sure ok. THEN they call me back a day or two later. yep. it’s the alternator. it’s a 1700 repair. on a car that i bought from them NOT EVEN 20 DAYS AGO. FOR THE SAME ISSUE THEY “ATTEMPTED” to repair 1 week after we got the vehicle. they offer 50/50 with me and i am saying absolutely not. this is totally not acceptable. eventually they agree to paying for the repair and we are able to get a rental car. (this is after much arguing- much stress- and having no vehicle for 2 weeks at this point). we get the loaner vehicle. all is well- it’s nice to have a working vehicle. EXCEPT THE EXPIRED PLATES BY ALMOST A YEAR! this is crazy at this point. car gets fixed. we go and pick it up. not even 2 days later the FRICKEN HEAD LIGHT OUT. we have now had this vehicle for 40 days and have probably only physically had the car for 15. like i said- it’s been PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM. this was my boyfriends first time buying a car- this should have been a great experience for him, a proud moment for him… and the experience was completely ruined and has been awful. so again- don’t buy a car from them without expecting it to have problem after problem and then have them attempt to make you pay for these repairs- basically saying that you should expect these problems in a used vehicle. horrible experience.
