Wilde worked well to fix the problem. Honda did not stand behind a defective torque converter even though it had a known issue to Honda because the car mileage was outside of the warranty Honda did not stand behind a defective torque converter even though it had a known issue to Honda because the car mileage was outside of the warranty. Very disappointing. This repair cost more than my last 5 Toyota’s combined. Honda was poor to deal with. Would not return phone calls. Would promise to call and wouldn’t. After 2 weeks they came back with a response that it was obvious that they did nothing to look into the issue. I am satisfied with Wilde as they helped out but Honda was a total disappointment. They do not stand behind their product that had a known manufacturing defect and on top of it they took 2 weeks to respond. More

My husband and I came to the dealership for an oil change. (Not our first time using the service department.) To pass the time, we were looking at new vehicles. My 2022 Honda CRV had several items that needed to be addressed: new tires, oil change, new wipers, and a general checkup. I called Service and they were able to get me in in two days. I only spent a couple hours in the waiting area (great coffee brewing machines) and my CRV was done. Devin Jenkins was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even washed my CRV for me. This is my third vehicle from Wilde Honda because; their prices are fair, the service is great, and everyone is friendly. When I need another vehicle, I'll be coming back to Wilde Honda. More
