I went in looking for a car that would handle in the snow, was within my price range the bank per-approved me for and fit my style. I had bought a new Honda Pilot January of 2013, it had a few issues that the dealership and I worked on, but it just didn't feel right. I came to the conclusion that is just the way it felt. I expressed my concern over it just not feeling right, he spoke with Eric, and they offered to put me into a new 2014 Honda Pilot!! The offer was very unexpected!!! I recently had a very bad car experience with another dealer in town and was very hesitant going into Wilde East Towne Honda, but boy was I wrong. As soon as I walked in the door there were friendly peop dealer in town and was very hesitant going into Wilde East Towne Honda, but boy was I wrong. As soon as I walked in the door there were friendly people offering to help me. We were instantly catered with water bottles and got to test drive the car I was interested in that very same night. I am a first time buyer and only 19 years old so I was scared to say the least. The friendly employees made me feel like I was in a safe environment and I didn't feel any pressure to buy the vehicle. I left that night with a really good feeling. The next day I received some good and bad news. I could get the car I wanted (without a cosigner!) but only if I could put $2500 down. The most I could do was $1500 but Wilde East Towne Honda was able to make the deal happen anyway, getting me a great car with a great deal. I am so happy and excited to have this car and am unbelievably thrilled with the professionalism and expertise of the staff I came in contact with. Stopped in at Wilde East Towne Honda on January 18th just to look at their selection. It was a really cold Saturday, but Kyle Vyse met us on the lot within 2 minutes of getting out of our vehicle. He offered to pull one into the service area so we could check it out without freezing our butts off. We were immediately at ease with Kyle and could tell he was not going to be one of those pushy salesman. The minute we walked into the showroom, we knew this was where we were going to purchase our new vehicle. Beautiful showroom, nice amenities and customer service that can not be topped.
