We had a great experience at Wilde Honda. They were more than willing to work with us on obtaining a new lease and returning a previously leased Honda Odyssey. My husband and I were in the market for a newer used car. We preferred a certified used vehicle. We found a number of Honda Civics on the lot at Wilde East Towne Honda and set up a test drive for one. Before We preferred a certified used vehicle. Before going I did some research on price and found that all their vehicles were listed at or below the market value for the vehicle. The window sticker price was quite a bit higher than the online price. Once we got to the dealership, Justin explained that they are a volume dealership and depend greatly on internet marketing/sales which is why they offer their best price online. This allowed us to car shop without needing to haggle the price and if you are anything like me, that is the worst part of the car buying process! We test drove a civic and then inquired about another one we had seen online. Justin urged us to take the other car out as well. We were very happy with the two options and were going to go look at a few other dealerships. At this point, Shawn came out to talk to us and get our feedback from the vehicles we drove. He pointed out a Civic that was 2 years newer with similar mileage for the same price (had just dropped in price). This car also had a combination of things that we had liked from the other two. Again we were encouraged to take the car out and loved it. We still felt that we had to do some shopping around to feel comfortable with our purchase. When asked what else we were looking at (a Kia and Hyundai) they were able to pull a vehicle they had on the lot to test drive for comparison. We did shop around a bit and the price and quality of a Honda could not be beat. We returned the next business day to purchase. Additionally, two weeks after we bought the car, we got a flat tire (at no fault of the dealership - tires were new). I took the car back in to the dealership to see if the tire could be patched and they got me in right away late in the day on Saturday and were able to patch it within 30 minutes. Meanwhile, they have an awesome customer lounge with food, drinks, TVs and computers. They are so helpful at Wilde East Towne I could not be more satisfied with the service. More
