That's life. But the process was relatively fast. Jacob took care of the paperwork and was pleasant as well. All round, couldn't have asked for a better experience. All good. More

Anthony D was very easy to work with when I was purchasing my new CR-V. However, as for the whole buying experience, I did not have that great of an experience as I have with other dealerships when purchasing my new CR-V. The finance manager Jorge G was very rude and quite condescending. I was contacted a few days later by Anthony at around 8:30pm about refilling out a survey and changing it to a perfect score, where it was implied that I would have a gift card owed to me withheld until I did so. As of writing this, over 3 weeks have passed and I never received my gift card. And when asked about it to the sales manager I did not receive a response. Between their rude staff and shady tactics, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. More
