When I arrived at Prime, Scott was very nice and helpful and showed me where to go. Then on to Sarah, who was going to help me with the issues I was dealing with. She was amazing with her information and understanding the car issues. She knew her stuff! After checking out the car, Sarah had me talk to Keith, the mechanic, and we went over what needed to be done. He was patient and answered all my questions. Sarah also showed me a picture of the problem that we were talking about. I was impressed with the service, and will be back. They were thorough, explaining everything, and caring. At Prime, Ted Cummings was very professional and rose to the challenge. With four drivers in the family, we buy a new car every couple of years. In the future when buying Subarus, we’ll be sure to consider Prime and Ted even if we’d have to combine taking delivery with a visit to our daughter. More
