We would overall recommend this dealership. We did have a negative experience with their financing manager, who initially had a great attitude but completely shifted his demeanor once we decided not to buy any of the additional services we were offered. The transaction went from cordial to brusque and bordering on rude. Once we brought up our concern, there was improvement. Overall, our experience with Jennifer compensates for this. She gets 5+ stars in our book but I could not give a 5-star rating to the entire experience due to our negative interaction with the manager. More
