It took a long time and several trips, but I expected that. It was handled well. This would be a 5 and not a 4 if communications back and forth had been better. More

I never felt pressured to purchase something I didn't really want and also felt I was provided with enough information to make my own choice. If you are going to pay top dollar to have your Subaru carefully attended to, go to Subaru in Concord or Manchester, etc., This location no longer pr If you are going to pay top dollar to have your Subaru carefully attended to, go to Subaru in Concord or Manchester, etc., This location no longer prints out proof of their all-point inspections. I think thats because they are no longer doing an all-point, even though the price reflects that they still are. Case in point, even though I've stopped going there religiously, the last 2 times I've used them ( based on convenience), they missed worn brake pads, BADLY worn rotors (that I very specifically asked them to check before I left) that resulted in extra trips back for service work. Other misses include windshield washer fluid tipoff, etc., The Service Manager is super nice, but don't let that fool you, when/if the Service Consultants make you feel like you are the pain in the $#% for being persistent about quality problems. Not sure if this is related to the fact that I am a woman or not. Either way, I am done with this dealership/service center. Will make the 1-hour trip to Concord Subaru in the future. They truly do the all-point (and provide documentation reflecting that), are cheaper, and even wash your car for you, at no extra charge. More
